Self Assessment

Clear and open-minded, good ability to pick up new things and adjust myself quickly to the new circumstances, strong sense of northface outletresponsibility, independent, well organized, ability to work out the solutions independently to problems, be used to working under pressure and team work, good communication skills, rich working experiences in different positions and working closely with the major departments of the manufacturers and so familiar with the system.Being the General Manager, I am in charge of the smooth operation of this office and report directly to the Executive Vice north face outlet President & Director of International Operations of GII. My job involves in establishing the internal and external work procedures and regulations on order processing, sampling, packaging, QC and shipping arrangements etc., supervising the office’s daily work of handling the orders, QC and shipping arrangements, visiting the watch vendors frequently to work with them together on how to improve the quality and on time delivery of GII orders,cheap northface jackets working with the vendors and GII colleagues at HK watch show every Sept. and whenever they come to China/HK to visit vendors. I am also in charge of the managements of human resource (hiring and training new staff), administration, liaison with local government departments on revenue, office registration, account etc..

Responsibilities and Achievements

I am working as a key account manager in Parrot Shanghai, who listed in France and the head quarter located in Paris. Parrot S.A is a leader of Bluetooth & connectivity solution supplier in automotive electronics. chi hair straightener
I am in charge of OEM marketing and business development, some of my major customers include China car makers such as FAW-VW,FAW-CAR, SVW, SAIC, Ford Mazda, etc, and some famous global & local infotainment/headunit tier1s. During working in Parrot, I have learnt a lot of work experience not only in business development and key customers management, but also technical knowledge of Bluetooth & connectivity ASIC chip and Module solutions, while, through seeking more effect approach and creating new business opportunities, I have contributed a lot to our sales revenue and expanded the Parrot`s brand images in OEM market. Responsibilities of work: 1, Build up Parrot`s brand images in China.
2, Market information collect, analyze and report to leaders both in shanghai and Paris. 3, Keep good relationship with major car makers and tier1s. Make presentation to them and show demos, train customers to accept new technical solution and use it.

Shanghai Fengtian is a first-grade vendor of a lot of domestic automobile factories.And Fengtian is mainly specialized in designing and manufacturing of air condition controller for automobiles and other electronic products used in automotive industry.
Scope of work: In charge of OEM business with FAW-VW &FAW Car and management of clients relationship, detials as below:
1、Collecting and analyzing market information, and managing to gain new project. 2、Geting data of design and product development from different departments together, and then preparing quotation. 3、Tracking project schedule, feeding back and adjusting in time
4、Monitoring PO execution and PO management 5、Managing and maintaining clients relationship I grow up in a place where a lot of automotive parts manufacturer located, so I am familiar with the industy and have great interest in automobile. I worked as sales in an automobile parts company from 2005. My major job is : 1, Responsible for automobile lamps and plastic products sales,including international transaction. 2, Contacting automobile manufactories and doing OEM works.chi straighteners
Basing on hard work,i achieving sales goal and become the sales supervisor.I am keeping good relationship with automobile parts factories and customers,accumulating experience about OES and after market sales at the same time6、Deal with payment issues.
